And he's dancing in hockey and in a lot of cultures and a lot of baseball teams, too.
They tell him to sit down and shut up.
That guy spent half the year in AAA.
You know what I mean?
Just lock in.
Ernie kept texting, wasn't phased on, was journaling or something, just didn't stop.
When everyone can be themselves, everyone's happier, everyone plays better.
The Blue Jays are a prime example of that.
I use that in every single locker room, every corporate I go into, I talk about the Blue Jays.
Because that is one of the most powerful things I've ever seen in my life in sports.
When you can be yourself and you're not going to be judged, corporate culture studies that show that the more you can be yourself at work, the happier you are, the happier you are, the more productive you are.
Why would sport be any different?
And and that goes for anybody.
So that then has a trickle down effect.
If if, you know, a straight white person can do it, then a person of color can potentially do it, then LGBTQ plus person, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
A woman in a man's space, whatnot.
And the Blue Jays were a testament to that.
The Kitchener Rangers are a testament to that.
I went into that room and we do a breakout where I'm like, you call yourselves family, brothers, some analogy like that.
