That was Craig Council with the Assembled Media in Arizona the night after that 8-6 game against the Angels where we saw Ballesteros hit two home runs.
This is Rahimi Harrison-Grody on 104.3 The Score.
And Craig Council doesn't talk like that about just everybody.
We know that after listening to Craig more than he probably wants to talk, but he does.
When he hears that potential in his hitter and tells everybody to stay away because he likes what he's doing, that's a big vote of confidence.
That's harsh, but he does not look hitter-ish, if that's what you're saying.
He looks more like us.
Now, you know, similar to what we saw with Pete Crow Armstrong, who I would say in the baseball scout terminology looks more hitterish, making fun of myself a bit there.
But I think the league is going to make an adjustment to him just like they did to PCA.
But guys like Craig Council are looking out for that.
You know, there's no wavering when it comes to how he talks about him.
He feels like he's still on the upside of who he can be as a hitter.
And do you think that counsel is correct in saying that this may not be the year that he hits many home runs?
Like maybe he has a streak and then the adjustments happen and then he's got to readjust?
Okay, so say he does the old Michael Bush plan.
Old Michael Bush.
Everybody's going to get that moniker at the score.
We mean it in love.
I feel like that may be what happens.
Now, is that happening with your cleanup hitter?
