Um and then th I think you're able to find like a pretty clear consensus that the best teams just are very intrinsically motivated.

They, you know, have like a very clear compass.

They're able to state their thesis very clearly.

Um and and I think that was kind of the m like the the the main

takeaway that I've had in the last couple of of months is just it's very easy to tell who's doing this for real.

think the best teams end up having this kind of the the right conviction around their product.

at at the end of the day, like there's plenty of examples of companies that have might might have fizzled out before like the right one came out and ended up winning.

Um very seldom has that ever th been the case, I think, in the history of of uh you know uh any sort of technology that's come out.

Um Jensen Huang from Nvidia, you know, you could say that like maybe he was just early and, you know, he always knew this was gonna happen, but

You don't really know what your success, you know, kind of case looks like until until it's there.

Um, so it's very hard to kind of backward, you know, calculate like, okay, well well, like when should I actually stop building this out?

I think so long as you have conviction in in your idea and so long as like

you know, your external kind of shell of people and you should have a really good one, um, tell you that like this is actually gonna work out or this is like a good idea, this is like this makes sense to me, um, you know, then I think it's it's worth you know, it's uh uh c continuing to build.

Um but I think as soon as you kind of are able to determine like, hey, this actually just no longer is is a feasible option.

then it also makes sense to c you know, to kind of, you know, call it quits and and try something else.

There's no shame in that.
