FinTech neobanks are a very straightforward business.

It's not like we're recreating anything, right?

Like there's ten, fifteen, twenty different neobanks or or financial apps that have, you know, hundreds of millions, billions of dollars in annual revenue.

Um and we hope to get there.

And it's a very clear correlation between

you know, increasing user count, increasing profitability per per user, um, and you know, being able to generate real revenue that will go back into the token.

Um we don't have an equity stack like a typical um Web3 company might.

Uh so even my own compensation is based in tokens.

So I have every vested interest to make sure that that ends up working out.

Um and at the same time we we I would like to imagine that out of the teams that I've seen we have the best kind of token

distribution when it comes to the internal team is possible.

So even our employees and the people that we work with, we don't even think about them like this, but they have, you know, what I'd like to imagine ample, you know, kind of uh incentive to to to build this out with us.

Um and we we think of it as kind of a collective effort.

What what really I think I I think kinda irks me with a lot of teams is that they've seen a really poor job of token management maybe from three, four years ago.

And they kind of still

apply that to tokens today and it's not really the same because the companies that are coming to market today have a drastically different you know vision for what how they want to um you know monetize the token.

So for us it's you know we we treat this kind of RSR and our star to make sure that you know obviously both the team and investors and the in the market broadly is happy with the token.

We've built it into the application already um so for platinum locking on for platinum unlocking on the

the app, so to get that tier, you have to lock uh XPL.

Um there's gonna be a lot more of these kind of features that we have.
