relevant for McLaren today IndyCar is about having a much larger presence in North America as big as Formula One is here we want to be even bigger than our competition so it's just a function of you know the triple crown is what gets us excited we're the only team to have ever won it
We're the only team currently competing in it and or will be competing in it.
So, yeah, it was a strategic decision.
I've seen the new Formula E cars.
They look pretty awesome.
But it was just, I would say, WEC is a better brand fit for us.
That's a good question.
Well...
I don't know because I think what you could do with Formula One cars, we don't want to do with Formula One cars, which is using technology and diminishing the role of the driver.
But no one wants that.
So we need to keep that balance.
