Um so it's uh yeah, I think it's it does come from a good place in the beginning, but I think the unwillingness to change um or adjust is I think what drives all coaches up the wall.
Um and it's something that needs to be reinforced, I think, throughout all of our
um competitions a like including school competitions as well.
Like I know it can work.
Um, you know, like was mentioned if we are playing a team that, you know, isn't a good shooting team and it so it can work, that collapsing sort of D.
But let's be better than that.
Let's coach these kids for where they want to go, not where they are now.
And so then
you know, those become habits.
We saw over the course, particularly the career group.
Um, over the course of that, you know, ten days, by the end of it, we started getting so much better at it because it was just constantly reinforced.
It was in every film session, it was discussed on every whiteboard, you know, it was spoken about, there were, you know
reminders during the game.
Even at times it got to the point where as a drive was happening, I'm standing on the sidelines screaming, Stay at home Like, you know, but
That that's that's I think where we've gotta get to.
It's gotta be a collective, not just like one programme or one competition or one coach.
I wasn't gonna say anything, but no.
Well, and it leads into one um and I'm sure it's on your list too, 'cause we saw we've seen a lot of it.
Um it also leads into repenetration.
