Realistically speaking, what's the amount of tweet they had access to, and the amount of money they've been willing to invest in these things is far smaller than the amount they've been willing to invest in frontier AI development.
It's not that likely to happen, especially without you know, they're they won't have the um the American models to distill and to plane off of and the American algorithmic improvements.
