And that's been the focus of our most recent public information campaign along the theme of You Know Me campaign.

So whilst it's still the case that something like 74% of EPAs that we have now registered are by people in their later years aged 70 to 89, we encourage people to think of it perhaps
20 years earlier than that, so that you're doing it without any sense of urgency or imminent need for an EPA.
In the DSS, we've now registered about 8,500 and there are more with us now for review and registration.
About 350 or so have moved to that second stage where the attorney has stepped in and is able to take the decisions.
Both processes involve us, the DSS.
In the past, it involved a trip to court
to have the EPA brought into effect.
That's no longer the case.
