كتاب يحكى أن أدهم شرقاوييحكى ان حكايا امرأة عجوز كتبتها بشفتيها الأميتين على دفتر ذاكرتي فكبرت بها و معها ترددت كثيرا قبل الباس الكلمات ثوبا من الفصاحة اذ ان اللغة المحكية جزء لا يتجزأ من الحكاية ثم أني قررت ان اكسوها حرفا عربيا من غير سوء معتقدا بذلك أني أطلقها من قفص صدري و ذاكرتي الى فضاء العربية الرحب فأنا هنا لا اكتب الحكايا بقدر ما احررها،اشرككم ببعض جدتي ،معتذرا أني ما استطعت ان احمل الكلمات صوتها الذي مازال يدق في أذني كناقوس تحركه رياح الحنين.
