If it relaxes you and helps you recharge, it doesn't really matter what you do. What's important is that you are making time for you so you're able to take care of what you need to get done and you're able to make healthful decisions when faced with difficulty. If you're not a scheduler, my advice would be to leave yourself an hour before bed to read, stargaze, and just generally decompress. What's your best tip for creating "me" time?
