Gratitude is the quality of being thankful; the readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. In a world where we face such adversity and distraction, it is easy for our minds to get stuck on feelings of disappointment and anger. One thing that can help ease the burden of those ill-feelings is by shifting our attention to what and who we are thankful for.
