#1. The power of positive change and influence through education - Poornima Luthra

Poornima Luthra is a well known TedX speaker, Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School, an author of now three books and a strong activist for equality for all. She strongly believes in the power of positive change and influence through education. I have had the pleasure to contribute to her books and working together on several occasions and look forward to dig a bit deeper in what she think is the solutions for a more regenerative future. We are discussing advices for boring teachers, how we all can find our passion in life, if we need adversity to grow, discrimination and her experiences growing up as a coloured women, what life has thought us to give back, that diversity is an everyone matter and about her latest book on how we all can become the best allies.
