25 Jan 2021
Liubov was not a runner before moving to the US. She started running to help lose weight. But running became an integral part of her life. She went from 14 min/mile pace to a Boston qualifier and a 3:04 PR marathon, plus a 1:24 half marathon PR. She inspired those around her, including her family. She is now a RRCA and Lydiard Certified Running Coach, NASM CPT, PES. She coach clients from all over the world: USA, Canada, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Latvia, France, UK, Bahamas, Kazakhstan and New Zealand and has helped dozens of runners achieve the running goals.
