Saying negative things to ourselves is something we do on almost a daily basis, without even realizing it. I, as a tall girl, am even guilty of doing that. Now that mental health is (FINALLY) a topic that is being talked about more often, we tend to hear things like "be kind to yourself" and "say nice things to yourself everyday", but no one ever actually explains HOW. How, as tall women, can we get rid of the negative self talk and start appreciating ourselves? Trust me, it's easier said than done.
