渡远荆门外，来从楚国游。山随平野尽，江入大荒流。月下飞天镜，云生结海楼。仍怜故乡水，万里送行舟。这首诗是李白出蜀时所作。荆门，即荆门山，位于今湖北宜都县西北，长江南岸，与北岸虎牙山隔江对峙，形势险要，自古即有楚蜀咽喉之称。
