During this practice we will focus on the powerful I am method as we move through our affirmations which you can repeat after me or silently in your mind.
And before we begin this practice, I want to lovingly remind you that while we can't always control what we are faced with in life, we can control how we respond. We get to choose our perspective. We get to choose our attitude, our mindset.
we can choose to move forward with a mindset that supports our highest good and that's exactly what we'll do today so when you're ready gather all of your awareness and let it gently land on your breath as we begin by welcoming a slow deep breath in through the nose

I am ready to receive everything life has to offer. I am creating a beautiful future for myself. I am moving forward with confidence, trust and purpose. I am choosing positivity every day over negative thoughts. I am grateful for this day and everything that it'll bring. I am a magnet for success, for peace, for positivity,
and the universe delivers exactly that take a deep breath in and exhale out Again, deep breath in. And out. One more deep breath in.
