Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Take a moment to find the most comfortable position for you today, allowing your body to begin to relax and release.
as you sink into this present moment letting go of the day letting go of any expectations letting go of anything that doesn't belong to these next few minutes inviting yourself into this sanctuary
within your own beautiful inner world a place to rest a place to receive and when you're ready exhale all of the air out of your lungs and begin by taking the deepest breath in that you've taken all day long
breathing in deeply through the nose filling the breath from the base of your spine all the way up to the crown of your head and exhale slowly through the mouth again a deep breath in through the nose
Expanding the lungs in every direction Stretching them wide Feeling your body soften and open And exhale Letting it all go On your out-breath
and one more slow deep breath in and a long controlled complete breath out allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm
in its own time.
You find yourself walking along a beautiful countryside pathway at the edge of a forest.
The sun is setting as it bathes everything around you in a warm amber glow.
Golden light dances across blades of grass.
