Sometimes simply slowing down enough to intentionally return our attention to the breath. Can be more than enough. To give ourselves a place to settle. So once you feel ready. Settle into a nice, comfortable position. And you may gently close down your eyes. Or allow yourself to fixate on a single point. In the space around you. Beginning with one nice deep full breath in through the nose. Letting it fill your body completely. And a complete exhale ow. Through the mouth. And just allowing your breath. To return to a natural rhythm.
Jo Rose 3:12
Noticing where you can feel the breath within your body. And we're going to begin by Counting each complete breath. From one to ten. And then making our way back down from ten. To one. And if your mind wanders or if you lose your place. Simply begin again. Bring your awareness back to your breath. And continue onward.
Jo Rose 3:57
Inhale through the nose and Exhale through the mouth. One. Inhale through the nose. Exhale through the mouth. too. Inhale. Exhale. Three. Inhale. Exhale. Four. Inhale. Exhale. Five. Inhale. Exhale. Six. Inhale. Exhale. Seven Inhale. Exhale. Okay. Inhale.

How does the guided meditation begin and what posture is recommended?

Jo Rose 5:50
Exhale. Nine. Inhale. Exhale.
Jo Rose 6:09
Inhale. Exhale. ten. Inhale. Exhale. Nine. Inhale. Exhale. A. Inhale. Exhale. Seven. Inhale. Exhale. Sex. Inhale. Exhale. Five. Inhale. Exhale. For why? Inhale. Exhale. Three. Inhale. Exhale. Two. Inhale. Exhale. What? Take the next few moments. To continue the practice on your own. Counting each breath as you make your way back up to ten. And once you reach ten Begin making your way back down. Two one.
Jo Rose 12:18
When you're ready. Finish your final breath. And release the counting.
Jo Rose 12:31
Taking a moment. To notice the space within your mind. Within your heart, within your body. Within your breath. Within your inner landscape.
Jo Rose 12:58
Taking just a moment to appreciate How something as simple as returning to our breath. Can bring us back. Into the beautiful present moment. And when you're ready, take one final deep breath in through the nose. And let it all go with an exhale, perhaps with a sigh. Through the mouth. Gently bringing your awareness back into the space around you. Allowing your eyes to open. And returning to your day. I encourage you to use this practice throughout your day whenever you need a few moments of presence and intentional focus. Whether you're counting to five or ten or fifty. Your breath is always here for you. As a reminder. Of your connection. To the now. And all it asks is that you slow down enough. To recognize it.
Jo Rose 14:25
Wishing you so much peace and so much love. Namaste.
