Adam and Teresa talk about her new radio gig, and a recent interview with Dick Van Dyke. Adam also discusses the 'relativeness of life' and how it affects old peoples' sleeping habits. He improvises a new documentary called 'What the Fuck Happened?' and talks about life crawling by behind the McDonald's grill. Teresa also gives an update on her financial situation, and begins the process of forgiveness with her father. The top news story today involves the 33 miners still trapped in Chile. They talk about the doctors' attempts to communicate with the men who will likely be there through Christmas, and Adam imagines himself in the situation, complaining about his surroundings and receiving notes from his family. Teresa also discusses the Disney employee involved in a headscarf scandal, and Adam rants about the 'Ground Zero Mosque.' Larry Miller comes in studio, and starts talking about 'brain tattoos.' They get into a conversation about some of the strange things people say as they try to think of the next thing to say. Adam talks about cops doing tons of 'extra talk' because they're usually 'doofus dudes that let their fists do the talking' and can't give you a chance to talk back. Larry also plays a few rounds of the Hypothetical Road Trip game, and tries his best to correct his recent record. Saturday Night Live alumni Chris Parnell enters the studio, and talks about his newest television series, 'Big Lake.' He discusses working with Horatio Sanz on both his latest show, and Saturday Night Live, and goes into more depth about the emotional journey of being hired, fired, re-hired, and ultimately re-fired from the SNL gig. He and Adam talk about working in the Groundlings, and also reflect on some of their favorite SNL characters and sketches. In the second part of the news, Teresa reports on the terrible traffic jam in China, now going on its ninth day. Adam talks about certain cultures driving habits, and then acts as a helicopter traffic reporter, reporting live from the scene. Teresa then talks about the new Hollywood trend of 'unbranding' celebrities, and discusses the careers of various Jersey Shore stars. 'The Situation' is doing remarkably well, and Teresa and Adam are both shocked by his upcoming book deal. To wrap the show up, Adam and Teresa talk about the importance of having the right people blog their own books, and Adam suggests a power trio he wants to arrange. Catch Big Lake on Comedy Central, Tuesday nights at 10pm. Start your mornings with Teresa on KABC from 6am-9am on 790.
