Documentarian RJ Cutler joins the show to talk about his Showtime documentary Belushi. Adam opens the interview asking RJ about some of the technical issues that arise when making documentaries. This leads RJ to discuss how older footage of Belushi was remastered. After that, RJ gives his opinion on the 3 most iconic moments of John Belushi’s life. Gina then reports on today’s news stories including: Bill Cosby’s plea to overturn his sex assault conviction, a Russian MMA fight between a female and a 500 lbs man, Laverne Cox getting attacked in Griffith Park, actress Ellen Paige coming out as transgender and now going by Elliot, and a fatal stabbing over Thanksgiving leftovers.
