Paul has over 20 years of experience in almost every layer of the sports industry. Paul spent 10 years as a professional rugby player across Europe before pivoting into high-performance coaching where he managed staff in sports science, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning departments. ‎ Paul has consulted many sports technology companies across the last 10 years and also has extensive executive coaching experience.
