After defending his love of Nickelback – yep, we know that’s hard to do – Lance talks about online aggregators and how Surex leverages them, digital marketing, relationships with carriers and why online quoting is a continual evolution. He also shares some valuable (but expensive) lessons that the brokerage has learned over the past several years. It should come as no surprise to anyone that our industry is ripe for disruption, Lance thinks it’s time we all work together to get ahead of this and quit letting old insurance thinking dominate the future.
