Yes, good one. Babit Papoulin, who worked at Microsoft for almost two decades. Over two decades, I think. And has since gone on, written a book all around kind of education and AI. What on earth do graduates do? It was all kind of came on by the fact that his daughter was asking him questions about, you know, is it worth me even going to university and doing a degree? And we've covered all of this stuff with ceremonies and graduation stuff happening in the States where people are getting booed. So this is a really hot topic right now.
I read a piece from him in, I think it was the Guardian or the Times or it was in one of the papers. Yeah. And ever since then, we've been wanting to get him on. He's done a lot of research in this space as well about what, because like with everything with AI, there's a lot of talk. It's doomsday on one day that every, you know, every job's going to be destroyed. And the next day, a million jobs are being created every year. It's hard to know where we stand, but Bit has gone away, taken the data and run the numbers. And actually, he's got a clearer view about how young people should be feeling about this. And also what young people kind of need to be doing to get ready for whatever is next.
