In the first "subject matter expert" episode, I am joined by Matthew Zeigler who I have had the pleasure to get to know over the last year. Our hour-long-plus conversation always center around creativity, hip-hop and the beautfy of the artform, and ideas we have for the future. Although Matthew is curently in the field of finance like me, he has an intersting background as a Creator and is one of the most researched individuals I know when it comes to creativity. Just take a look at the bio he provided: "Matt Zeigler is a writer and all-round creative by day, and a financial advisor by… also day. He sleeps at night. Usually pretty well too. Matt thinks the claim money is the root of all evil might be overstated. He also believes creativity is the root of all good. Somewhere between creativity and making money sounds like a good place to be. At Cultish Creative, he posts one complete thought a day, intended to help you (re: him) stoke curiosity and quality conversations in real life. He'd love if you signed up for his mailing list and "let the posts come to you." He loves it even more when you respond to his emails with a thought of your own. If you don't want another daily email, you can still check out cultish creative dot com and send him messages through matt@cultishcreative dot com, at cultish creative on x/twitter, or at Matt Zeigler on LinkedIn. Oh, and if you like content suggestions from books, to podcasts, and music – LOTS of music, he is all over the place with inspiration. If you're looking for ways to foster your curiosity, check out cultish creative, and look at "new? Start here" on the top of the website. At Sunpointe Investments, Matt is a Managing Director and Partner, working directly with clients to match up their own creativity with their financial ambitions. Business owners, founders, and family offices, you'll want to check out Sunpointe Investments dot com, especially if any of Matt's communication style resonates with you. He is not your average financial advisor, and Sunpointe has a very distinct planning and investment offering. Ps. As matt's mom taught him and his brothers to say, "Remember, when you spell Zeigler, it's I before E except after Z" Pss. As Matt's marketing team taught him and his colleagues to say, 'There's an e at the end of Sunpointe, don't forget it when you're looking for us'."
