Always give your best to your guest. ⁠ ⁠ Focus all your attention on the person in your chair.⁠ ⁠When servicing clients: ⁠ ⁠ Don’t answer any phone calls. ⁠ Don’t let your cell phone ring. ⁠ Don’t talk to other stylists. ⁠ Don’t gossip or pay attention to other guests. ⁠ Don’t tell clients your problems; listen to theirs. ⁠ ⁠ We should listen twice as much as we talk.Physically get down on their level, so you are eye-to-eye during the consultation. This will help you focus and listen. ⁠ ⁠ Make a habit of conscious listening.
