Katie catches up with her good friend Giada De Laurentiis on her new book, Super-Italian. Giada says the book is a snapshot of where she is in life at the moment -- discussing the virtues of superfoods, and why quality Italian ingredients are the key to nutrition and good health. She explains how La Dolce Vita, the Italian motto of “the sweet life,” is actually a "superfood."
