We are navigating completely unprecedented times. A global pandemic that we’re not just seeing on the news, but is affecting each and every one of us both physically and mentally. It can be difficult to change your thinking during times like this… especially when we see it everywhere we look. On the news. On social media. Social distancing signs at the supermarket. People walking around you and keeping their distance on the street. All reminders that we are being touched by this. In episode 9, I shared a meditation to cut the cords with any of this negativity that you feel you are harbouring/holding onto. Now that we have cleared this negative energy, we can open up our heart chakra to release blockages, bring a sense of balance, harmony and clarity to your heart chakra.
