179. A week in the life of a strengths-led, evergreen business

When we are inspired by other business owners, we are usually inspired by their external results. The $100k launch, the seemingly endless flow of high quality clients, the brand equity in the marketplace. We do everything we can to emulate that kind of success, but we are missing the ONE crucial piece that’s contributing to those external results…I’m talking about our lack of visibility over the day to day business operations and what the business owner is prioritising (and what they’re not doing) on a daily basis. After all, it’s the compounding of everyday activities that produces those external results.
