Episode 20. In this episode Ulland and Jo review attachment theory and how it can be relevant to DBT and working with emotionally reactive individuals. The Positive and Negative Realities and Fantasies are reviewed, and how they are relevant to the secondary targets fo DBT. Multiple clinical and life examples are given.
