Send us a textIn 1980, Dr. Sichel graduated from the New York Chiropractic College specializing in applied kinesiology and non-force work and opened an office on the East Side of New York City. Two years later, Dr. Sichel heard about the Pilates method and more specifically, Romana Kryzanowska and the amazing postural improvements her clients were experiencing. It was around that time period when Dr. Sichel saw a photo of himself holding his daughter at her one year birthday party. He took one look at his faulty posture and the very next day he, too, became a Romana student.Original air date: March 10, 2018Support the show
