Dyspnoe bei einer älteren Dame

Stefan berichtet Ruth von einer 93-jährigen Dame, die sich mit plötzlich eingetretener Belastungsdyspnoe bei ihm vorgestellt hat. Erst zwei Wochen zuvor erfolgte die Erstvorstellung (!) der Patientin, die bis dato ohne ärztliches Zutun und ohne Medikamente zurecht kam. Zum Glück hatte Stefan damals in weiser Voraussicht sehr sorgfältig gearbeitet, was ihm nun beim aktuellen Fall zugute kommt.
