
In Episode 14, we talk with Lance Picioane, a former AFL footballer and founder and CEO of the not for profit organisation Love Me Love You. Throughout his career as a professional athlete Lance was battling depression and anxiety which lead to substance abuse with dire consequences. From this lived experience Lance founded Love Me Love You, a dynamic organisation not only raising awareness but more importantly providing support, resources and education for young people facing mental health challenges.
