I have personally suffered from burnout on two occasions, adding my personal experience to an evidence-based coverage of a complex topic. While it is beyond the ability of one article to ‘solve’ this problem, this blog aims to shed light on burnout, the factors contributing towards its onset, and strategies to address it.
