Today I’m joined by Jacek Prus. Jacek is the Senior Director of Development at Farmed Animal Funders. Before joining FAF earlier this year, Jacek was an entrepreneur in the Alternative Protein space. He founded Current Foods, which was acquired by Wicked Kitchen, and has a variety of interesting experiences with plant-based startups. We’ll hear more about his background throughout the episode.
