It's a funny balance, isn't it?When you're starting out, quantity matters more than quality. You need to put in those reps…so practice, practice, practice. It's the only way to improve. Once you've built that foundation, then you can start honing in on quality. That's when you can do less but better…and the ultimate goal? To reach that magical spot where you can combine quantity with quality. That's where the real magic happens, my friend.
