Monique Hodgson is the founder of Mumble Forum, a global networking platform which aims to build a supportive community of sisterhood, where women can network and celebrate each other’s success, as well as redefine the perception of motherhood. Monique and I explore the challenges faced by working mothers, reflecting on biases, labelling, and limitations placed on women as they enter the season of motherhood.
