Joel Betancourt giving an order to stop other police officers from entering the classroom in Uvalde, Texas. The gunman sat with dead, dying and traumatized children and teachers for 77 minutes before law enforcement entered. 19 students and two teachers were murdered that day in Uvalde, Texas.
