| Zooming in on quality of contact with Liana Antanovich Equestrians of today are increasingly more compassionate and tuned into equine welfare. Some top riders in show jumping and dressage are winning on barefoot horses, and dressage is leading the way watching for blue tongs in a show ring using judges eyes. Having judge’s observation as a tracking “tool” is somewhat possible in dressage, but not quite feasible in other equestrian disciplines.
