27th Oct Topics 00:10 - The Chrysalis - We are transforming. Who is the authentic you? We are being asked to align and connect with who we are. To stay in the present moment. Those who aren’t aligned, are piling up energies from everywhere which makes it even harder. The chakras hold energetic blueprints of what happened to us during those years of development. 05:00 - 0-7 is related to the root chakra - where our brain is developing. This is to do with our family and who we are. These chakras send our energy into our electromagnetic field. 07:48 - Sacral chakra is to do with sexual development. How we see ourselves in the world. These chakras are all interlinked. This stage is 7-14ages. Hormons come in at this stage. 10:40 - Ages 14-21 - This is about becoming aware of expanding ourselves and our expression into the world around us. Connecting to the world. This is when the empathic part of us becomes even more developed. 12:50 - 21- 28 ages - the heart chakra - this is about how we connect to others. This phase is dependant on what happened previously. The body is affected by the life cycles and how we take care of our body. 15:08 - 28 - 35 ages - this is when people know themselves much better and change how they express themselves. This area can often become blocked or stuck if we haven’t been able to express ourselves in our family. 16:07 - 35 - 42ages - this is about how see the world and how we envision ourselves within the world and moving forward. 17:45 - Our energy field is affected by what has happened to us and how our chakras have been affected. Everything we hold in our physical vessel, is being radiated out into the world, information about ourselves. 20:00 - the empathic people have a hard time expanding their auric field as they are feeling and picking up hurt and pain from others. If our channel is cleared, it is easier to connect and release the energies that are not ours.
