Energy Update - Are you SOUL-STUCK? The Importance of SOUL Growth & Evolution

Learn from eachother and our past experiences.  There have been great individuals that have led the way and expanded the human consciousness with their own work, like Einstein, Freud etc. We are all here to contribute to this human experience and evolution with our own learnings and lessons.   ✨04:55 - BRAIN - if we only ever rely on our brain, we can get stuck in patterns.  Our brain stores past experiences and it is like a safety net to keep going back to the old.  It’s important to develop our intuition at this time, otherwise we will never progress.  ✨11:55-FAMILY PATTERNS - it is important to look at the family patterns that continue to repeat in our families. It may very well be that we are here to stop this cycle from continuing. Heal and integrate these traumas that are affecting you in order not to pass them onto the new generations in your family.   ✨19:05 - AREA OF FOCUS - we must look at all aspects of our lives - work, love, money, health etc.  What is going on in those areas?  What are we meant to be improving and evolving?    ✨24:25 - BODY LANGUAGE - our body is always communicating with us. What is it trying to tell us through the ailments we are experiencing?  We must stop to look at those messages in order to see how to fix them at the root.   ✨27:00 - SHADOW HEALING - be honest with your shadow self and what are the beliefs and patterns that have been keeping you stuck in a loop of suffering. It’s important for us to look at these situations from a different perspective.
