Allow yourself to take time to sit and be still within your own space for 22 minutes to allow yourself to be still and to sit within a golden cocoon just like a butterfly healing within a golden light. Allow yourself to follow my voice as I guide you from within this cocoon taking you on a journey of many layers of healing. This meditation will help you to switch off to outside worries by just focusing on your inner space. By allowing yourself some time just for you it helps to quieten the noise of the outside world helping you to see things from a much clearer place. Please be aware to only listen when you are not working on machinery or driving a vehicle and to only listen when you have found a quiet place just for you to recharge.
