In this episode, Parm talks to Beth Fisher about her 2019 John H.P. Maley Lecture ““Beyond Limits: Unmasking Potential Through Movement Discovery.” Dr. Fisher gives examples across diagnoses of how to integrate exploration of the patient’s implicit movement choices into PT assessment and treatment. We also gain insight into some of her groundbreaking work with people with Parkinson’s Disease. Join us as we learn how to push our patients to their full potential by challenging their existing movement strategies.
