Imagine your breath like a soft wave, rolling in and out, creating a natural rhythm that doesn't require any effort from you.Today, we're going to practice what I call the "Anxiety Anchor" technique. Think of this as creating a personal safe harbor within yourself. Start by placing one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath. As anxious thoughts drift through your mind - like clouds passing across the sky - simply notice them without judgment. Each thought is just a temporary visitor, not a permanent resident.With each inhale, imagine drawing in calm, soothing energy. With each exhale, let go of tension. Picture your anxiety as a tight knot slowly loosening, becoming softer and more spacious. Your breath is the gentle hand untangling those knots, creating room for peace.If your mind wanders - and it will - that's completely normal. When you notice this happening, don't criticize yourself.
