THE SECRET _ Choosing how you want to feel A longer PDU podcast Continuing on from #110 what makes you feel what you feel, who chooses how you feel. We've all heard people saying the weather affects the way they feel - really? Maybe it's economy or my boss or the telephone or you fill in the blank - REALLY???????? If any of these were to be the truth it means you have to wait for those things to change before you can and the question I ask is -  HOW LONG ARE YOU PREPARED TO WAIT? You choose how you feel, you choose your emotions and what I mean by that is you choose unconsciously but it's still you. Even if you agree with me you, like me, end up not choosing the the most appropriate emotion and here's where our conscious mind comes in to help make better unconscious decisions. Come with me and learn a few ways of creating this change and see how it will change your life in so many contexts. It's those ripple of change going further than you could ever imagine.
