Changing your Bias We all have a bias and would it be better to neutralise your bias to become a more balance you? If you could manage your own personal bias to ensure you get the best results - You would wouldn't you - you would - wouldn't you??? When you hear what he definition of cognitive bias you will be shocked! I was and that's why I have looked deeply into how we use our bias and more importantly how it's used by others to influence us. The more I thought about this the more interesting it got, how our internal communication filters towards our bias and how we can effect this to become balanced and in that way ensure the best results for you and create a reality that you really want and enjoy.
