Where do our beliefs come from  A personal story I wanted to share a personal story of some recent work I did with myself and more specifically the beliefs that came up that I wasn't expecting. I'll also share what happened as I worked through them. Come with me and hear this story of experiencing of not so nice feeling and how I communicated with it and my unconscious mind and how they communicated with me. Where do these beliefs come from and when I thought about it I could remember (more unconscious communication I guess) and how they continued to effect me - until now.
