#165 A swear word that will change your life for the better

A swear word that will change your life for the better I recorded this episode some time ago last year and wasn't sure if I was brave enough to share it with you. But something made me listen to it and I felt not sharing was against my values and the essence of this podcast. It does contain a couple of swear words (not as many as I say in the intro/heads up) so please be warned. So what's it all about? I hear you ask Well.......... Sometimes we just stop doing what we want, it happens without you knowing why and we blame self-sabotage and procrastination. Sometimes it's the people around us who influence us, at a conscious and unconscious level, that affect our actions or non-actions. This can go on and stop us, me and you, from achieving our real destiny and all the smaller goals in between. So in this deeper dive, I'll share with you my experience of this and what I learned, how I was able to get through this. Come with me and you may recognize some of my feelings inside you and the actions I took may well resonate with you too. I'll even share with me one of my best stories of me and Howie which I know will make a difference to you as it did me. I know you will learn something from this.
