The BIG BUT This episode of the Personal Development Unplugged podcast was inspired by the way I was feeling as I journaled this morning. It lead to an outpouring of words onto my pages prompted by my questioning on how I was feeling. And even though I hate a but, there was a BIG BUT which seemed to take me into a process of alignment which I share with you within this episode. The process originated from one of the leaders of NLP and seemed to flow with what I was feeling and what I wanted/needed and I think you will find it as worthwhile as I did.
