Anxiety to Confidence - The Personal Development Unplugged Podcast
#339 I Always Think The Worst and It's Brings Me Down
20 May 2023
I Always Think The Worst and It's Brings Me Down We've all been there at some time in our lives; for some, it can be their world. Everything we experience seems to be so negative along with our thoughts and feelings. This all takes a lot of energy to maintain and is, I believe, your unconscious mind with the best and most positive intention trying to keep you safe from something. The thing is there are better and more appropriate ways and we need to get our unconscious mind to learn. learn from the past and learn for the future. This episode is inspired by a listener's emailed question and I will probably have more answers in future episodes. In this episode, I'll dive deeper into the unconscious conflict of effect and intention, learning from the cause as opposed to dealing with those effects and asking the right questions together with knowing and feeling what you want. I have even promised a hypnosis track to assist with that unconscious learnings-WHEW! Remember this is not just a knowing or listening experience if you want results and that change in your life it's all about the doing as well. Please share all the golden nuggets you find and the episode too: https://personaldevelopmentunplugged.com/339-i-always-think-the-worst-and-its-bring-me-down Shine brightly Paul Please remember you can leave a comment or email me with questions, requests and feedback.
