Anxiety to Confidence - The Personal Development Unplugged Podcast
FMQ 124 Revisiting what we've learnt makes us grow - podcast
11 Oct 2017
Revisiting what we've learnt makes us grow - podcast To know what you know, that is, to remind yourself of what you have learnt already can be the biggest ways of learning more. So how does that happen? well it allows you to get more confident in what you already know so you can be more confident of learning new things that you thought were a little too hard. Also by revisiting the books you have read it frees you up to learn the things in those books that you didn't notice because of what you hadn't learnt then but now you know it. You may need the help of our friend 'Jenny' journal to cement in even further all the things you forgot you have learnt along the way. You can begin to notice the level of mastery you have - doing what you know and knowing what to do! All good stuff and all in 5 minutes or so.
